LAKE AGASSIZ PACERS NEWSLETTER GOES ONLINE
In an effort to (1) reach more Lake Agassiz Pacers members, (2) decrease overall LAP expenses and pass those savings on to LAP members, and (3) to have the ability of expanding the overall quarterly LAP newsletter, the Lake Agassiz Pacers Board has decided to post the quarterly newsletter online.

Posted below is the newly revised Summer 2009 issue of the LAP newsletter, highlighting an extensive historical article about the Lake Agassiz Pacers Running Club origins by Earl Beal and featuring one of the community's newest runners, Connie Cleveland. As well, the newsletter features information concerning upcoming area races through the summer and fitness/nutrition articles by Dr. Scott Van Dam, Dr. Aaron Jones and Cathy Deics.

And are you wondering what the Lake Agassiz Pacers have been doing? Check out past newsletters at MEMBERSHIP.
