MINUTES

Present: Dale Summers, Monica Fedora, Brenda Kerbaugh, Jenny Aune, Brian Kinsey, Tom Smith, Jennifer W.

	Shawn could use some help balancing the check book. Volunteer’s?
	Membership numbers were not known.
	Looking for old newsletters to post on-line.
	St. Patrick’s Day Race Sum up. Overall a great race. One complaint about no timing pad at start. Need more volunteers, police at first right turn. Check into tent and porta potty’s for next year. Also need to get a better set-up to move registration faster.
	Website updates: Brian and Jenny to get info to Lee to add on all group runs.
	Marathon Expo: We need volunteers to man the booth. Jenny is looking into creating a postcard to handout, which could also be used in other race bags during the year.
	Lindenwood 10K Race: May 31st, 8am. $10/$12 pre-registration. $15 race day. 1st 200 registrants will get LAP socks. Watermelon afterward. Who’s here to work? Dale is checking on a park pass, otherwise Island Park has a tent to use. Dale will also order medals/trophies. Jenny will develop a flyer.
	Red River Run: October 18th, Lindenwood. Brian will check on renting out St. John’s church. Brian will also check on price of purchasing our own chip timing equipment.
	Turkey Trot: November 22nd. Location to be determined.

Next Meeting: May 6th, 5:30pm, Island Park Cycles.
